Uniforms and Club Apparel

UNIFORMS:

In the past athletes have had to pay a $25.00 dollar uniform deposit and have been issued a uniform by the club.  Once the uniform was returned to the club the athlete's deposit was then refunded.  We found that over time there were very few uniforms returned for a deposit refund.  Now athletes still pay a $25.00 uniform fee but the uniform will be theirs to keep. The club will have a sizing kit on hand to make sure all athletes can be properly fitted for both their singlet and shorts prior to ordering.

ADDITIONAL CLOTHING:

Additional club T-shirts and fleece sweatshirts will be available.

Also, we will now be offering two different type club jackets this year.  You will also be able to order coordinating pants, if desired. These jackets and pants are produced by Holloway USA, a industry leader in athlete apparel.  The jackets and pants will be available in the full range of youth and adult sizes.

Scholarships & Payment Plans

SCHOLARSHIPS:

The Track City Track Club recognizes that not all families can afford the full registration fee required for club participation.  In order not to exclude any child from participation in the Track City Track Club we are offering a scholarship/reduced fee for athletes who's families qualify.  If you believe you may qualify for a scholarship, review and complete a scholarship application and mail it to the address below.  (Include all necessary documentation. Application which do not included all requested documentation will be disallowed).  All paperwork must be submitted to the club with in seven (7) days of the athlete beginning practice.  A athlete who is given a scholarship is not registered until the club receives a partial payment of the portion of dues remaining after the scholarship deduction.

PAYMENT PLANS:

Payment plans are available if needed. Contact the club for details.
All club dues must be paid in full by May 29th, 2008.
